I’ve come here a few times for a solo meal. The food and drinks are always delicious. I usually sit at the bar because the service is always fast and friendly. Dick and Maddy are my favorite bartenders, they make the experience much better. Come and try M.O.M!
We were traveling to Columbia from DC area with our dog and friends looking for a nice breakfast brunch place. This was perfect. It had outdoor seating for our pup and really good atmosphere. We were able to get patio seating and outdoor fire pits turned on for our convenience. They also gave our pup some water in a bowl. The outdoor seating was nice. There was a little bit of greenery where other dogs and kids played, a street view where numerous vendors were lined up selling things like jewelry, baked goods, coffee and crafts. There was even a big screen broadcasting the latest play off game, if you’re a football addict. The food was also really tasty. We had ordered the Bruleed Goat Cheese. It had sweet candied pecans, lined with fresh fig jam, and triangular cut toasted brioche. We also ordered Turkish Eggs with onions on the side. It had a pretty tasty yogurt glaze, chili oil, and perfectly seasoned pieces of bread to dip and eat. Would definitely visit again. Loved it!
Went today to get lunch with my friend. Our server was Malia and she’s amazing!!!!! Definitely a good atmosphere. I will be back for sure.
Market on Main is delicious! Truffle fries are to die for and honestly everything we tried was yummy plus the drinks are fun and tasty. They have a drink called purple haze with a bit of THC in it which was fun and haven’t seen anywhere else. Highly recommended Malia and MOM. The covered outdoors area was just lovely because it’s under AC but you can still enjoy the open space.
Autumn was AMAZING. This was my first time at MOM for my friends bridal shower and she definitely made me want to come back. Will miss her service as it’s her last day. But just know y’all are losing a phenomenal employee. Also, she took our pictures and they were so cute!!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This is hands down the best place to eat lunch in Columbia! Today my husband and I went around 2pm. Our waitress, Cecilia, was absolutely amazing! She was very responsive and very friendly. We had the Brûléed Goat Cheese for an app and it was so delicious with every bite. We shared our entree, pastrami Reuben on rye. So delicious! I had the rose Rita for my first drink and then the baddie for my second. Wish I would have had more time to have a 2nd one but my meter was up with passport and it would not let me add additional time. That would be the only bad thing is the metered parking but I will definitely be back! I want to try a weekend bc they said they have music.
My bestie and I tried Market on Main for the first time, and we had such a great experience! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but Anna was the true superstar. She was so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain the menu, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the perfect food based on our taste buds. She even pointed us toward the best liquor drinks, and she did NOT disappoint! 🍹😂 We had the Ranch Water & the Casamor, 10/10. Excellent service can make all the difference, and Anna absolutely made our first visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back & we’ll be asking for Anna!
Autumn was amazing! Asked for a special Shark Week beverage and alteration to my salad not on the menu and she made it all happen with a smile! Best brunch ever! M.O.M. is our favorite brunch spot in Columbia.
Great lunch at Market on Main today. The lobster roll was packed with lobster and not overdressed, and the red pepper pimento cheese had just the right kick! Anna was our server and she was awesome, friendly, and quick! I highly recommend!
husband and I went out on our first date in over 3 years and this place was the perfect spot to choose from! A little on the pricey side, but worth every penny. I myself, got the ribeye steak and it was probably the best I’ve EVER had. My husband on the other hand got the burger and they couldn’t get his cooked the way he wanted it, we didn’t want to bother sending it back a 3rd time though. Aside from that, food was amazing! Great atmosphere, perfect temperature indoors, and the drinks were phenomenal! They have cocktail mix and match, which encourages you to pretty much get out of your comfort zone in the alcohol world, I loved experiencing new drinks I’ve never had before! 10/10 would definitely recommend for any special occasion!
